Battlecup unable to find semifinal opponents needs rework

Years ago I won battlecup after around 19 min cannot find opponents at semifinal. Today I think finding match was 15:40 before we got kicked out of queue. feels unfair if semifinal wins trophy and quarterfinal got kicked. This system needs rework where we get different amount of shards / auto win if can't find opponents / go to next round e.g. grandfinal instead of refund.

Initially thought we have 20 min to search opponents no matter how long is the 5 min break, but today I learned perhaps it was 5 min break + 15 min because we took 4 min break and got kicked at min 16. feel very disappointed on a Saturday like this.. spent 15 min organising team, discussing roles + 51 min first game + 4 min break + 16 min queue. basically wasted almost 2 hours for nothing.

suggestion.. maybe need a global counter to count total teams participating in the regional battlecup for each tier. Just like how currently we can see approximate global roshan kills / watcher activated etc.

Lose quarterfinal = participation 500-1000 shards. incentive for dotaplus members to play. a lot of my friends say if don't win 3x = just wasting time. might as well ranked. 500-1000 because perhaps might get team who forfeit at the start of game. e.g. 500 if forfeit...1000 until throne destroyed. but doesn't have to be complicated like this.

Win quarterfinal + cant find = 2500-5000 shards + trophy win OR auto find grand final opponents. please no refund.. only refund if coordinator down or minimum players not met regionally...

Win semifinal + can't find = 5000-7000 shards + trophy win? 7000 because usually distribution is 36% less than grand prize maybe

Win grandfinal = 20000 shards + trophy win as usual. please fix this as your valued dotaplus customers 😭

it seems theres also "cannot queue matchmaking at this time" bug happens when kicked 3rd? player who didn't have dotaplus, then when someone join it briefly show red icon (for when someone already participated). swapping party leader didn't help. he left party and rejoined, and we were finally able to queue.

switching region also does not properly turn off radio buttons as shown (china and NA)
