Fix Hero Challenges - 4 second stun on CK when the max stun is 3.25 seconds? #9237

Description

You made changes to a lot of disable but you didn't change the hero challenges. Some are even not achievable - perfect example on Chaos Knight's challenge - Roll a four second or greater Chaos Bolt on an enemy Hero, 6 / 10 / 14 times.

It is still possible with the Level 20 Talent and Ceremonial Aura which reduces the targets Status Resistance by 10%.

3.85s * 1,1 = 4.235s

You really expect people to get all of these things setup by luck (including Tier 3 neutral item RNG) ? I guess you don't know how CK's stun ability works and how rare roll of max stuns.

No. I know how rare the combinations can be.

I never mentioned to close the issue or anything similar. I just said it's still possible.

I also think that it should be adjusted to match the new values.

There are also other issues similar to this one caused by reworked/nerfed abilities.
