"Failing to ready-up", but 'Accept' button not showing #9336

Description

While searching for a game, the 'Play' button just turned red and I've gotten the message that I won't be able to join matchmaking for X amount of time. At no point did the 'Accept' button pop-up. I was in the main menu.

This actually happened twice in a short time. When it happened first it was 3 minute ban from matchmaking. I waited that out and I searched for the game again and was actually able to play. After that game, I searched again and got this situation once more, and it was a 14 minute ban.

It says it could be from people reporting me or me leaving games. While I don't know if people are reporting me (I see no reason why they would), I know I haven't left any games.

When I was playing yesterday all was fine, but today after a 110MB batch this started to happen.

always happen when network broken

same here, got 45 minutes ban because of that, it seems to be a problem on the ready button not allowing me to accept a match

Happened again with the latest patch 7.37c. Valve, please fix this. It's getting frustrating. Please.
