WEIRD BUG: South Americans can play in NA!??!? #9360

Description

I love getting SA trolls in my games! Not only do they not speak the primary language of NA, but they purposely grief games all the time. Can we get some sort of srs punishment system or outright ban them? These fucking clowns have plagued NA for so long and driven away players. Get rid of them. I'm sure 99% of NA would be fine with longer queues.

Hahah we have Iranians en EU servers as well, one time I got so done with Iranians I decided to play NA with 300 ping rather than playing with a Iranian in my team, then I found out there are SA people in NA servers to fill the place of Iranians. Sadly volvo doesn't give a fuck about choosing servers and it's stupid then they call us racists..

What's the primary language of North America? The one spoken in two of the countries, or the one spoken in the other twenty one countries?
