Cannt see heros to pick from, only see the random button #9452

Hi,

I have been struggling with this bug for the past month after the huge patch came out. I cannt see any heros to pick from, regardless of the mode I am playing in. If I play unraked, my only option is to click the random button on the first 2 picks. If I dont get to random right away, I have no choice but to wait and see my hero random and get kicked from the game. I have tired to fix this bug by re-installing my Dota 2 as well as steam. But every time I try to play I get banned for 2 more games. I have been put on Low Priority 4 times in a row in the past month and I have to play 5 more SD games to get to p[lay regular dota.

I have this account since DOTA 2 was released. all my items and stats, friends everything is taken from me. I was forced to make a new account so I get to play the game I love without any of my friends and Items. I have provided a picture to demostrate what I see when I get to hero pick phase.

Please let me know how I can get my account back. This is very unfair and I searched the internet but couldn't find the solution.

but just press that "Sort by" button and choose default Attributes Hero Grid.
