When you use sinister gaze (with or without scepter) prevent the use of an item after canceling channeling, I also tried it in practice mode using vyse's scythe, if you try to throw the hex before the channeling ends, the channeling is interrupted but it doesn't either the item is used, having to click it 2 times, letting the enemy activate bkb or another item. This only happens with that lich ability, I tried it with warlock and witch doctor channelable abilities and the object if used after canceling the channeling.
