Unable to Reconnect to Dota2 Ranked Match After Disconnection #9533

Description

Hello,

I'm experiencing a technical issue with Dota2 where I was disconnected from an official ranked match and have since been unable to reconnect back to the game. This happened despite there being no server outages reported on Steam Status at the time and no issues with my internet connection.

Here are the steps I've taken in an attempt to resolve the issue:

  1. I verified the stability of my internet connection (speed test, ping and packet loss test).
  2. I restarted Steam.
  3. I verified the integrity of the Dota2 game files.

Despite trying these steps, I'm still unable to reconnect to the ranked match.

Additional information:

I would appreciate it if someone could look into this issue, as it affects my gaming experience and my performance in ranked matches. If there's any additional information I should provide to help troubleshoot this issue, please let me know.
