Mjolnir Static charge

Description

Mjolnir Static charge doesn't work when used on a medusa. While the medusa has mana, hits against it do not count and lightning does not proc

Example Match ID and Timestamp

can be tested very easily by creating a demo lobby with a hero

Static Charge only reacts when damage is greater than 5. For example, if you walk Medusa around a Techies minefield with the buff, it does fire sometimes.

yes, it is stupid... lifesteals are not working... fix please
