Virtual Keyboard Summoned on Steam Deck

When using a Steam Deck (or big picture mode) the virtual keyboard is summoned when the button to chat is used in the game. This blocks the combat log and any chat as well. Additionally, the keyboard is summoned.

Also, the keyboard is summoned when a menu that has a text input field is opened or closed, even if nothing is being typed into that field.

It would be great to have a way to disable these calls when using a keyboard with the Steam Deck, or just removing the automatic calls and allowing users to summon the keyboard manually when they want it.

Here, the virtual keyboard blocks all chat and combat log. Here, Pangolier is selected from the menu and once he is, the virtual keyboard pops up even though there is no reason to type.
