Mind Flare says that it "Deals damages to the enemy equal to a multiplier of its intelligence. Additionally deals damage equal to a percentage of damage the target received from Nyx in the past 15s."

This means, that if Nyx Assassin continuously Mind Flares a target, they should take increasingly more damage. They don't.
Before 7.33d we had noticed that it basically capped out at about 125% of the first Mind Flare but the change to Mind Flare in 7.33d seems to have shifted that a little bit.
(also there's a typo in the ability it should be "Deals damage" but that is besides the point...)
