A mi también me pasó y estube hablando con el soporte de Steam y dicen que es mucho rollo y que no van a devolver el dinero que lo unico que pdes hacer es denunciar al usuario y que lo bloqueen. Porque su puestamente andar devolvindo el dinero no es viable porque las cartas cambian muy rapido de dueño y tal. Estaría de acuerdo en esto si no fuese por que el que nos robó es un hacker ahí si que nos deberían devolver el dinero. En fin Las Politicas de Steam

Because supposedly returning the money is not viable because the cards change owners very quickly and such.
