Performance Improve (the witcher 3 went from 45 - 70 fps to 80-90fps) but with more frequent stutters. Path of exile is unplayable for that reason and the witcher it's on the verge of it. i7 4770 4.1Ghz R9 fury Manjaro kernel 4.18.4-1 with mesa drivers 18.3.0-devel

What graphics configurations are you using to get 80-90 fps with a R9 Fury?

Resolution 1920-1080, No hairworks, watter quality medium, Foliage visibility range and shadow quality high, no deep of field and everything else set to ultra
