I confirm:

[x] that pressing the Play button in the Steam client is sufficient.
[ ] that runtime config options are necessary to run the game.
[x] that no workarounds other than the mentioned ones are necessary.

Issues

[x] I haven't experienced any issues.
[x] There are no issues left open for this game.
[x] Although I consider the gaming experience equal to Windows there are remaining issues: This is a DOSBox game, and emulating DOSBox is stupid, 2 layers of emulation. Which is why the FPS is not ideal, the game drops to 40-50 FPS at times.

Hello @tunanachos, can you check if the game runs with older Proton versions?

Hi @kisak-valve I forced it to use 3.7-8 and is now working, thanks again & sorry for not thinking to do this myself. I think I owe you a beer by now lol :-)

Thanks for testing, it would be interesting to know what is the newest Proton build that works with this game.

Hi there, I just tested 4.11-13 and it works, so it seems to be the most recent version 5.0-6 that has had the regression.

One more quick test if you're willing, does the game work with Proton 5.0 now that you've seen it running with Proton 4.11?

Provided I'm doing it right I tried using 5.0-6 and it crashes, ~~4.11-13 is the newest version (I have) that works.~~ If I've made a mistake I'm happy to try again.

Forgive the delay

An update - I've just tried running it again with 4.11-13 and it's now refusing to launch. I will work backwards and try and find the most recent stable version.

~~Okay, so provided there isn't anything weird going on 4.2-9 is now the most recent version~~ ~~which will play Realms without issue.. I'm sure 4.11-13 worked but now it crashes just like 5.0-6.~~

~~I'm really not sure why but with the PROTON_LOG=1 %command% flag set and the output text~~ ~~in my home folder the game crashes again, when I delete the file and remove the flag it's fine...?~~ ~~Something odd is going on here but it's beyond me. I'm sorry for the spams and updates but it~~ ~~has changed each time after I close it.. Last update.~~

Seems that the issue could just be with the game. I couldn't say what it causing the crash, all I know is 5.0-6 doesn't work and 4.11-13 DID but doesn't anymore and 4.2-9 is the one I'm using (most stable but still sometimes crashes).
