Symptoms

When closing the game either via system title bar or in-game Exit button, the game crashes but music still keeps on playing and does not close.

Workaround to close the game: Send signal SIGINT to python3 process.

Proton 3.16-8 Beta seems to have fixed this.

Proton 4.2-1 seems to have fixed this, not the 3.x; Also with 4.X this game recognize the controller :smile: I think after official testing you should close this bug

@DFOXpro Maybe a whitelist request should be made, since I've reached the game ending entirely through Steamplay without any crashes (only when quitting with Proton versions prior than 3.16-8 Beta but without any game breaking effects). This issue can be closed but I'll leave the decision to @kisak-valve / dev. team.
