Compatibility Report

System Information

I confirm:

steam-550650.log is too [abnormally] large (4.9 GB) to upload via GitHub, alternative link provided.

Symptoms

Reproduction

  1. Launch the game
  2. Play any mode, even the tutorial
  3. Wait for dialog appearance

Likely one of the titles falling under the complex DRM's/Anti-cheat issue as mentioned in the Steam Announcement, hopefully not though.

it's works right now, just need Battleye Runtime installed

This started to happen to me too, even though it's been fine ever since multiplayer started working with proton. After a few more times, maybe the next day, of it closing on me due to anticheat errors, it now does not go past the launcher. Click the "play" button once it has loaded and it won't be a split second before steam shows the "play now" as green again.

Back to square one in my eyes, as this (and many other games) with 3rd party launchers behaved just like this prior to the anti-cheat fix / proton thing. :(

Seems to not work anymore.

Proton and Proton GE versions 7 silently crash after clicking play in the launcher.

Proton 6.3-8 manages to launch the game, however Battleye kicks after about a minute in the main menu. Proton Battleye Runtime is installed.

Exactly the same for me.... It's a pitty. BattlEye is allegedly supported....
