Interestingly enough, the mod manager launches under regular wine (4.21) with .NET (4.6) installed (the editor crashes under d9vk, however) That didn't work for me under Proton, however. Additionally, if the mod manager is ever fixed, the actual editor will require one of the d3dcompiler dlls (not sure which one, winetricks offers 42, 43 and 47)
