[ ] Although I consider the gaming experience equal to Windows there are remaining issues:

Game seems absolutely flawless in proton, though I have never gone in multiplayer. I have several hours playtime under proton with it and havent seen a single issue.

Playtime under 1 hour, online multiplayer not tested.

There are issues when the Steam Deck is on the dock station as doesn't detect the second controller, instead says press F2 to add a second player. Pressing that instead switch to keyboard mode.

So basically this is what happening with the game, or you play with a keyboard or with a controller but just with one player. Because if you switch to keyboard you can't do anything basically like switching back to controller. So on SteamDeck with dock station is not possible to use 2 external controller, also changing the priority and changing the layout to the keyboard itself.

It is very sad because is a perfect game to play in 2 and it isn't possible.

PS: tastiera is keyboard in italian and you can see that shows keyboard buttons also if identify a controller.
