Symptoms

Game doesn't launch. I can play PES 2020 fine, perfectly(except online multiplayer). PES 2021 not working was a shock to me.

Reproduction

1 - Install eFootball PES 2021 2 - Try to launch it through the Play button

I recently installed PES 2021 via proton on Pop! OS, and it worked brilliantly out of the box, settings worked, and the game worked great. But I'm trying to use sider, and the changing the .exe name isn't working for me. Anyone happen to know a workaround?

You can use protontricks and navigate to the file and execute with the wine explorer

Thanks, I've just looked that up and done it, Sider launches but I can't see it ingame?

the only complexity after that would be to point it to the right directory. If I remember correctly, the hidden paths are not shown so you have to type it manually and make sure the app doesn't show you a warning of a missing game. I have the game in a separate partition so I don't have that problem , but make sure that step is done properly

please i need help with this pes 2021 i was playing it fine but when i reset my system it all stop working completely and i was not the one that install the first one that was playing before i reset my pc. please i need step by step procedures on how to set it up. because i still have the file so if i try to play it will bring up this issues

@Harriyor28 this is not game support for windows 11, but for the steam deck.

anyway you miss "microsoft visual c++ runtime 2015" search it up and install it from microsoft's website

have install this but the issues is that it referring me back to steam and have tried to open the steam account it not going and not working

Since you are trying to play on PC you should email Konami about this, though
