Mystery PI - The Vegas Heist poor performance (3520)

Loads and broadly "works" but screens are very slow loading and mouse cursor control is slow, juddery and generally all over the place. Random cursor movement increases if hardware acceleration is disabled in the game's options menu.

Primary contributor to the performance issue is most likely due to the mesa/r600 driver stack.

Switching back to the default open source AMD driver didn't produce any notable improvement.
