I confirm:

[ X ] that I have checked whether there are updates for my system available.

Symptoms

Game launches a small blank window but crashes after a few seconds using Proton 6.x Game does not launch at all using Proton 4.x or 5.x

Reproduction

Install the game
Launch the game

Note: Tested with Proton 6.3-5 and GE Proton 6.13, but they both have the same behavior steam-1509960.log.zip

Confirmed with Proton GE 7.0.

This appears to be a shader issue, as per this: https://steamcommunity.com/app/1509960/discussions/0/3046108212585124835/?ctp=4

It also holds true for all other Proton users on a variety of versions, per this: https://www.protondb.com/app/1509960

I can confirm that this is now playable using Proton experimental

hey my friend still have issues with pico park even on bleeding edge experimental proton steam-1509960.log

@Jacob1Tm experimental have raised the the driver requirements and i can see in the log they need to be updated. Make sure they have atleast mesa and their intel vulkan driver 22.0 or above installed

oh ok i will ask him but probably this is a problem as i know he don't really have good specs

He should be able to play with proton 7.0-4 which still support the older drivers. I checked and it should include the fix for pico park :slightly_smiling_face:
