Hi @kisak-valve thanks for replying. See, the reason I posted this thread under "other issues" is because this isn't about the compatibility of the game, rather it's an issue that I believe is related to Steam Input, which is why I labeled it [SteamInput].
With that being said, should I still continue with the compatibility report?
Tried with: Proton 9.0-2, Proton Experimental Upon launching Tropico 5 on the Deck, everything worked just fine the first time. But then, the next day I launched the game and this issue took place and it just keeps on happening.
The following is a footage that shows an issue that happens when playing Tropico 5 on the Deck, whether you're playing with the handheld or a 3rd-party controller: https://youtu.be/Ug7pEIcJp4s The game seems to behave as if the mouse cursor was stuck on the upper left corner of the screen, therefore touching the screen border -- and when that happens, the game ignores the left stick input, so I resort to Steam Input in order to make the game listen to the right stick (which is now a mouse), so I can un-stuck it from there. But I have to keep doing this every time the game is launched, which is annoying. And because controllers worked just fine the first time, I'm starting to think this could be a SteamInput-related issue.
Is there a way to disable mouse input with a command option? I know there are other controller layouts to choose from, but the official one is the one I'm used to playing with.
