Symptoms

Running the game (Fallout 4) with Proton Experimental opens the launcher, but the options are not click-able. Older version of Proton (e.g. Proton 9.0-3) do not have this issue, so I consider it a regression in Proton Experimental.

Reproduction

1. Set Steam Play compatibility tool to Proton Experimental
2. Launch the game
3. All 4 options in the launcher are not click-able
