[TF2] Advice strings when joining servers are out of date #1065

Since the July 10 update, some of the tips given when joining a server have gone out of date. For example, one such string (screenshot attached) reads:

"As a soldier, the Liberty Launcher and Black Box only load three rockets at a time."

The Liberty Launcher no longer has a reduced clip size, but has reduced damage instead.

The issue can be reproduced by joining/rejoining servers until the outdated tips appear. hl2 2013-07-11 06-25-33-89

Said string has been removed. Currently available tips according to the TF2 Wiki. https://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/List_of_official_tips
