Faceposer does not load files.

Launching faceposer.bat or hlfaceposer.exe from the bin folder of either SDK SP2013 or HL2 has at least these two problems:

• When trying to load a model from the top tab file>load model, it opens a regular explorer window instead of the modelviewer´s browser. The main problem with this (apart from having to sort a hundred folders to reach where the models are located) is that models stored in VPK and GCF files aren´t loaded.
• Scenes from the original game show completely empty -no choreography, no flex animations, no gesture ramp, etc-
• If you, prior to launching it have used the faceposer from the SourceSDK launcher App. the files you had opened there will be rememered and you´ll get a message like this: FATAL ERROR Model models/gman.mdl not found and models/error.mdl couldn´t be loaded.

Followed by this other error window:

FATAL ERROR: hlfaceposer.exe - Application error The instruction at "0x148b39e9" referenced memory at "0x00000cc". The memory can´t be "read".

Where did you even find the old vcd's? They have been removed with the steampipe conversion and all compiled into a scenes.image file. This is a huge problem for modders, as they need to rebuild the scenes.image file to include their new vcd's into their mod. The ones from HL2, ep1 and ep2 can't be used. Some entities using automatic vcd's also don't play these anymore after the scenes.image file has been rebuild.
