[TF2][HL2DM][Source-1] Smoothing tool does not save camera in *_smooth.dem #1156

Hello. Looks like it happened since steampipe conversion. Today i tried to make a camera in POV demo in HL2DM and did not managed to create *_smooth.dem. I tried 3-4 times without success. Fortunately i have the older copy of engine and finally made camera in pre-steampipe version of the game. It means i don't do anything wrong and smoother in current version of engine does not work.

I also tried to google the problem and seems like i'm not alone with it: http://teamfortress.tv/forum/thread/9737/1 or http://teamfortress.tv/forum/thread/8466-broken-smooth or http://teamfortress.tv/forum/thread/8518-demo-smoothing-is-not-working . You can see that tf-2 players have the same problem.

I recently also tried to make camera using smoother tools but when i press "save" and "OK", nothing is saved. There is no *_smooth.dem
