[Feature Request] Left 4 Dead unused intro (and Crash Course) lines #1175

There are some lines we never heard in the present L4D games, most of them featured in the WIP Left 4 Dead intro from July 8, 2008. (Zoey n' Bill say "There's something over there", which are listed as "_sawsomething##" and "Movie##" in the captions and the soundscripts in original L4D2's game files)

Here's a list of the lines I heard, maybe put these sounds into SFM?:

L4D Intro Zoey: There's something over there. (SawSomething) Louis: Damn, infected tore these people up! (Movie02) Bill: Ain't seen anything like this before... (Movie05) Francis: Jesus, don't let that stop ya from smearin it all over yourself. (Movie06... For some reason, the final intro has him sounding deeper here) Bill: They're changing... (Movie07) Francis: Hey, come on, you didn't need to do that. (TeamKillOnPurpose05, looks like you really expect players to betray each other. I like that worry!.. Movie08 which is a different kind of reaction, except to Bill wiping the green goo on Francis' vest) Ugh, it stinks. (Movie09... "Reeks" in the soundscript, an alternate definition) Zoey: It's kind of an improvement. (Movie10) Francis: So, you're interested? (Movie11) Zoey: Oh no, not if you were The Last Man on Earth (Movie12, I can see why Ellis was more fitting later on!) ...They go on, Francis aims his gun at Louis as a joke, etc.. Then a Witch; "Zoey: Someone's still alive." and Bill identifies it as in the doorway; "ContextModifierCalm11" During horde and Witch ("Funky smellin' bitch." and "Hoody ass bitch.". Another temporarily re-used Coup de Grace line, from July 25)

DLC2 (Crash Course) Manager_dlc2TakePipeBomb04 (I bet Louis wasn't ready for using pipebombs before he met the other survivors, but I bet he didn't know how to use AA guns!?) Manager_dlc2World##### (Etc., but WorldFarmHouseNPC14'd indicate the pilot tried to attack Louis first) NamVet_dlc2Generic43 (Bill never said anything in Crash Course because of Jim French being unavailable at the time, at least this could've been used for the talk 'bout the pilot crashing)

These are voice lines that were heard in the WIP intros of Left 4 Dead, and some which got axed from it while a few were to be reused in Crash Course. Louis saying "It's a bitch-apocalypse now, bitch!" was previously cut, then it got brought back with the L4D1 campaign.
