[HLDMS] Death notices are missing (Dupe?)

When ever you kill a person or commit suicide in HLDMS currently nothing shows up.

Also, back in the old version of HLDMS there are no weapon icons for the death notices besides suicide.

Yes this error has occurred on Windows 7, and the pre-steampipe errors were both on XP and 7
