[CS:Source] Hangs on connecting to server or loading world #145

CS: Source sometime hangs on connecting to server. This is happening on downloading resources or loading world.

It also sometime hangs on the first loading (after Valve's logo).

TF2 and CS:Source are still very, very unstable for me. They are both on Source and I can't play them. In TF2 no change in last three months. But GoldSrc games are running with no issues.

I wrote it here maybe 20 times, but I have to do it again... I have AMD Dual Graphics - I noticed, that this is not happen on my integrated APU, only on dedicated GPU. On integrated APU, the game is stable with no issues.
