[HL2DM FeatReq] Use White Forest alarm on Runoff #1550

On Runoff, there's a button that triggers an explosion that kills everyone on the map.

I'd like Valve to change the siren sound used for it. Instead of ambient/alarms/alarm_citizen_loop1.wav, I want the Episode Two White Forest Strider alarm sound (ambient/levels/outland/basealarmloop.wav) to be played.

It's much louder, closer to the one heard on HL1 Crossfire, and for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 players, it's associated with the Tactical Nuke kill streak reward sound.
