[Linux] [L4D2] Flashlight On At Beginning of Map

Often, when beginning a map segment, my flashlight starts in the 'on' position. I can turn it off and continue as normal, but it's a little annoying. It also happens when I'm joining an online game in progress, and I left-click to assume one of the characters.

The issue is not consistent, but it happens often enough to be noticeable. This has occurred since the game first came out for Linux.
