Still broken in latest released build of HL2:DM.

Since it has the HL2MP tag on it I will re-open, HL1MP still has the problem but after nearly 4 years I have given up hope of getting anything fixed.

Problem in vtf version on this textures. I find it in vpk (CS:S), but vtf version 7.5 and CS: S does not support vtf version 7.5
