There is a bug with all mac source games where left clicking causes the game to freeze your camera rotation and then after ~0.2-0.5 seconds updating to the correct rotation. This causes laggy camera movement when clicking repeatedly and also prevents aiming right after shooting with, for example, a sniper rifle.

It seems that this occurs on all computers running OS X / macOS regardless of the hardware. Also this is not a new bug in Sierra and is happening also with Yosemite.
I have tried multiple mice and trackpads and it does not seem to make a difference.
Binding something else or nothing to MOUSE1 does not affect the bug.
