[All (SP)] [Feature Request] Increase Max default_fov in SP games.

In all Single Player Source engine games, the default fov can not go above 90. This seems dumb for single player games, especially considering all single player GoldSrc games can go to 120+ natively and there aren't any major visual bugs in the source games which are able to go up to 120.

I propose (via console command only) to go beyond 90 FOV up to 120. This affects the following games:

• Half-Life Source
• Half-Life 2
• Half-Life 2: Lost Coast
• Half-Life 2: Episode One
• Half-Life 2: Episode Two
• Portal
• Portal 2
• Left 4 Dead (Disabled in Versus modes to stop any advantage)
• Left 4 Dead 2 (Disabled in Versus modes to stop any advantage)

You can use cl_fov to set your FOV higher than 90 in Portal 2.
