[TF2] Casual "Alternative Game Modes" low population, long queue times #2220

By default, all maps in Casual's alternative modes are unchecked. Most players don't bother changing these defaults, let alone know they're unchecked because you need to scroll to even see them. As a result, most maps here have insanely long wait times and not many players.

First approach (opt-out solution): Make all maps selected by default. Alternative modes would get significantly more traffic, balanced out with the core modes. Players still have the option of turning off alternative modes if they don't like them. Some modes like Mannpower and PASS Time may be too confusing for new players if enabled by default, though.

Second approach (compromise solution): Move some maps from the alternative section into the core section. The entire Payload Race mode can be moved to the core section underneath Payload. For Misc, individual maps can be placed into their respective core modes.

Doomsday can go into CTF (like it used to be), Hydro in Control Points, Snowplow in Attack / Defense, and Probed in King of the Hill. Unsure of where to put Watergate and Degroot Keep as they don't fit nicely anywhere else. They can stay in Misc, most likely.

Neither of these solutions are perfect, but I'd like to see something done with these alternative maps since they have very little players in comparison to the regular modes. Anyone who actually enjoys these alternative maps will have trouble finding a game because of the current filter defaults and how the maps are categorized.

2056 Had already detailed the first approach.
