Platform: Windows Language: Russian For 8 years we see our console text like this. You can check this out "-language russian". There is a good work around with "ConsoleText" set from 10 to 14 in pak01_dir.vpk, but you unable to join servers enforcing consistency. After fix

Also, in english ui server browser fonts looks not quite good.

Czech language is affected too as far as I remember. Global Offensive had the same issue, but it was fixed.
