There is a non-solid crate on the map dod_flash@ setpos 233.506287 -1544.333374 150.025146;setang 28.512011 87.713783 0.000000

How did you end up in that position?

the box is not solid so you can just jump on the lower crate which is solid and then hide inside the non-solid one on top.

This is not a system problem though it is a map bug that appeared back at the orangebox update and is the same for everyone regardless of system specs. Many thanks, Lee.
