The Scottish Resistance uses the same firing and explosion sounds as the Stickybomb Launcher.

The Beggar's Bazooka, Liberty Launcher, and Loch-n-Load could also use unique explosion sounds.

how much difference(advantage) would you expect from knowing what sticky is deployed by sound? just curious

Just so that every unique weapon has a unique firing sound. The Quickie has one, and three weapons got them in JI. Though the ScoRes is used defensively so enemies might not hear it firing much.
