[TF2] Golden Frying Pan statues white instead of gold sometimes #2579

The Golden Frying Pan doesn't work properly, and will often create "gold ice statues" instead of gold statues:

This seems to depend on the map/lightning.

@kisak-valve I think this is a problem with the rendering engine and not the models (i.e. art)
