[HL2EP1] Elevator on ep1_citadel_02b doesn't go down and spawn the stalker after insert the energy ball

Elevator on ep1_citadel_02b used to go down and spawn the stalker to the left when the player inserted the energy ball. But now, I've tried to delete all the save files and play the new game but it didn't go down and spawn the stalker.
