[Source 2013/TF2/CSS/HL2DM] Dynamic lights break all lighting on static models. #2621

Any time a dynamic light ends up near a static prop, it breaks all lightmapping/shadowing on it, turning fullbright. This didn't always happen, it broke sometime around the steampipe update if my memory serves. I really think this should be fixed, because it looks absolutely hideous, buggy, and unpolished. It also breaks lighting on some old maps that have dynlights near static models.

This bug also didn't happen in Vanilla TF2 either.

Hello @StrikerMan780, unless I misread this, then this issue is already being tracked at #652. Closing as a duplicate.

This is not the same. That seems to be certain things not being lit enough, if at all. This is partially the reverse, things going fullbright, but only in the presence of a nearby dynamic light.

Also happen's with Hldms, It sure would be nice to get some on these very old "issue's fixed"
