Counter Strike Source stutters with shooting sounds #2758

Hi! Im on Linux Mint 19.1 and I have a problem with CSS. Whenever gun shots are heard game seems to skip a frame or something. When people are spraying around it feels like it is stuttering. No significant FPS drop, no ping spikes, can't see anything wrong on net_graph. Sometimes it happens even when people speak. Louder the sound, the more it stutters. I get a good frame rate on Linux (100-200 fps on dust2, 300fps on smaller maps) but with this sound issue game just feels so choppy sometimes. Anyone has the same problem?

I just noticed that when I turn VSync on the game is smooth, no stutters, audio works fine but mouse input lag is huge. Can't aim anything. So, I guess that a graphic card is not very well in sync with my 60Hz monitor when fps_max=300. Can something be done to correct this?
