[MP titles] Bring back the ability to change player name in-game from Goldsrc #2799

As per title.. It's quite annoying that you can't change your name while in-game like in options or something. Goldsrc had this and it was useful. Please bring this feature back (or tell how I can change the name in current state since Source development is hella dead)

Been locked down for year's, one of the reasons is players avoiding kicks bans in-game and other things tied to your "nickname" https://steamcommunity.com/discussions/forum/1/530646080854938090/

people can avoid kicks by changing their steamname to avoid kicks/bans the solution to that issue is to track steamIDs

@ Joeyjumper94 True but they are gone by then all you have to work with when they cause trouble is the "nickname" when it keeps changing it slows things down a bit till you roll the logs back.
