[EP1] Side of begnning stub of broken sloping sidewalk is untextured (ep1_c17_02) #3008

At the end of the outside portion of ep1_c17_02, where the large indent in the road is, to the right there is a stub to some broken sidewalk that is sloping down. The right side of that is not textured and can be seen through. Screenshot: 20191219140653_1 Close up: 20191219140726_1
