Instead of preventing suicide I'd suggest still allow it but award the kill to the winning player anyway.

perhaps you could make it so that the person who did not suicide was credited with a "finished off" kill.
The same issue happens with the holiday punch, so disabling the suicide binds for the duration of the taunt seems like the more generic way to solve the issue.
When two players are taunting the Rock, Paper, Scissors Taunt and one of them loses and then the other wins, mostly part of time the guy who loses just commit suicide (using
kill
orexplode
command in console) to avoid an awarding kill to the winner.This problem can be solved by simply blocking suicide while both players are doing the RPS taunt. Alternatively, this also can be solved by rewarding the kill to the winner even if the loser commits suicide.
This also occurs when someone is about to die to the Holiday Punch.
