[L4D2] Bypass Glitch? #3461

Some players trigger these spam, which generates low fps.

Not sure. But, may be relative: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=135543 I saw such overloading when I sent too large data packets of console print command. Limiting the maximum number of allowed messages per second and limiting the maximum data length allowed could be a solution.
