[Feature Request] [TF2] Include profile picture in voice chat hud popup/display #3665

Despite recent updates to stopping players from being able to change their steam names during a game on community server by default to mitigate against bots spoofing names (https://www.teamfortress.com/post.php?id=85643), I'm still finding bots are able to spoof names (They are changing names then reconnecting/retry just look at source: https://github.com/nullworks/cathook/blob/6346ae26c3e65b3b8bda7b830bcdc7f527f03691/src/hooks/GetFriendPersonaName.cpp#L208). I'm also encountering bots that have premium accounts and are able to spam music (unless that was changed or they are exploiting something as free account). I'm finding the combination of these issues is harder to identify who is a bot and the wrong players are being banned as a result. I have been accidentally kicked/banned due to other bots changing to my name more times in the past weeks than other points of time (although I only started playing again a couple weeks ago). The bots don't seem to be spoofing profile pictures, at least yet, so if voice chat were to have a profile picture when they spam music it would be easier to kick them since the profile picture is there differentiating from the victim/spoofed player.

This is definitely possible without having to change anything major, as many custom huds already incorporate this. It would be useful to have on the default hud, too.
