Portal cubes in tubes offset, clip outside #368

During test chamber 19, there are a few active tubes with cubes animating inside them, they appear to be a full cube’s width out of place as they animate along the part of the tube. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=142892658

And on my second play through today, they were normal…

2013-05-03_00122 Both were started from new without touching old save files.

We had this bug when we released, I never worked out how to reproduce it though, if you can then please share :)
