[HL2] The subtitle is missing #3779

The subtitle "Welcome. Welcome to City 17. you have chosen or being chosen..." doesn't appear when Brin starts talking after Freeman leaves the train. The first subtitle appearing is "I thought so much of City 17..."

The 'Breencast' starts when the second citizen exits the train. If the player does not leave the train before the first NPC, then the first subtitle will likely not appear due to the player's distance from the Breencast monitor. Alternatively, if the player is the first to exit the train, this subtitle will always be seen.
