[L4D1] Hunter can respawn closer to survivors than intended

L4D1 has been receiving small patches that in the end fix things that hardly anyone uses, what's more, hardly anyone knows about, but the most common bugs haven't been fixed to this day, I've filed bugs and requests here that have been ignored, they say out there they don't want to touch the game code for fear of messing it up, if something works why manipulate it; Me and some friends did an unofficial update for L4D1, added new maps, events that don't exist in L4D1, new common infected, model fixes, texture fixes, a new and updated mainmenu, and much, much more, and we didn't mess up the code, what's more, we don't even touch it, and they can't touch it?, it's the dumbest excuse I've ever heard, get down to business and start working, or approve our community update and we'll do your job.

List of exploits that need to be fixed:

• Call vote exploit: A player can ask for votes to expel someone, and without the others being able to vote, this player can check all the boxes.
• Escape expulsion: When a player has been selected to be kicked out of the game with "call vote", this player can disconnect before finishing the votes, and return after finishing the votes without receiving any penalty or punishment.
• Spray exploit: A player can craft a specific spray that causes problems on the server, from slowing down a server, to kicking all players near the spray.
• Ghost teleport exploit: In versus mode a ghost player can press the E key + Left Click (USE + MOUSE 1), to teleport and appear right next to the survivors, this is very useful when a survivor is already inside the shelter and some hunter does this exploit and kills him while inside the shelter with the door closed.

@AshThe9thSurvivor, in general, multi-issue issue reports are bad for any issue tracker. The issue with voting is being tracked at #3301 and the spray crash is being tracked at #3249, so let's use this issue report to focus on the fourth issue.

What's the point of us wasting our time of none of these issues are going to be fixed? The issues that you are mentioning have been reported several years ago that have been completely ignored by Valve. They are selling a game that is broken and easy to exploit by anyone.

Well that's how he keeps the game, so many bugs to fix and they just ignore them.

I've came across a video demonstrating the vote kick exploit for L4D2.

Hopefully a Source Developer will understand the exploit since this used to affect L4D2 but was immediately patched once discovered.
