[TF2] [Feature Request] Seperate strange part flag for Can Deal Robot Damage #3907

Basically the title. Replace all the robot parts (Robots destroyed, giant robots destroyed, robot scouts, robot spies, and robots during Halloween) requirement's for "can deal damage" to "can deal robot damage" and then add the flag to the 4 medi-guns since the shield allows medics to kill robots. Also add the "Can Deal Damage to Tanks" flag to the medi-guns too for the same reason.

AFAIK medi-guns are the only weapon that can deal damage in mvm but not pvp, however maybe I missed another one.

I was just made aware that the mentioned "Can Deal Damage to Tanks" attribute doesn't currently exist and should also be added. Most weapons that can deal damage should also get this flag, exceptions being the mantreads and flying guillotine.
